I. Product Introduction:
Brass threaded ball valves are applicable in chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, paper-making, mining, electric power, liquefied petroleum gas, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal works, mechanical equipment matching, electronic industry, urban construction and other fields. This valve has a compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance. The sealing surface and the spherical surface are often in a closed state, which is not easy to be eroded by the medium, and it is easy to operate and maintain. It is especially suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, etc. The multi-way ball valve can not only flexibly control the convergence, diversion and flow direction switching of the medium on the pipeline, it is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for the regulation and control of the fluid. III. Product Principle:
It is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for the regulation and control of the fluid. Among them, the hard-sealed V-type ball valve has strong shear force between its V-type ball core and the metal valve seat surfacing with hard alloy, and is especially suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, etc. The multi-way ball valve can not only flexibly control the convergence, diversion and flow direction switching of the medium on the pipeline, but also close any channel to connect the other two channels. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

IV. Installation:
1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and rinse and clean the valve when it is fully open.
2. For the balance valve with actuator, before installation, the whole machine shall be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration generated during transportation from affecting the service performance), and it can be put into installation only after passing the test (wiring shall be carried out according to the wiring diagram of the electric actuator).
3. Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, it is necessary to rinse and remove the residual impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball core).
4. During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
5. This type of valve shall be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6. The pipeline near the installation point shall not sag or bear external force. Pipeline supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7. After connecting with the pipeline, please tighten the flange connection bolts crosswise with the specified torque.
